• All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original invoice. Any backordered merchandise received after the date will be given an additional 15 days for returns. Please review our return policy for non-returnable items including tights etc.
• All refunds are for merchandise price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns or cancellations totaling more than $100, and a 10% restocking fee for all other orders.

Please send back the merchandise with its invoice/packing slip. If you are exchanging for different merchandise, please indicate the appropriate information needed.
