We ordered 2 pairs of dance shoes in February. Delivery was promised in 4 weeks. After 6 weeks, we sent an inquiring email. No response. In April, another email, no answer. I called and left a voicemail during their regular business hours, no answer. Sent another email asking for a refund, no answer. Contacted PayPal asking for a refund. They contacted You Go Girl, no answer. Refund was received in mid May. June 1st, item shipped out. It was too late for the dance competition, so replacements were already purchased. Incompetence from start to finish.
