I've always loved Eurotard shoes - and since these drop-shipped straight from Eurotard, I have no problem with the product. However, it took two weeks for the store to send me a shipping confirmation. I ordered my item on August 29, the shipping info was sent September 12, and I finally received the order today (Sept 19) - almost one month after placing the order. I understand peak shopping times slowing down the expected 3-4 business day processing time, but this is well beyond what's to be expected. Plus, I reached out to the store both via email on on Facebook messenger and received zero response. As a small business owner myself, I'm appalled at how I was ignored as a customer. My order might not have been a large ticket amount, but every customer (and what they tell others about the business) is important to the life of a business. I will not be returning as a customer- I've learned my lesson and wish I had read the other similar reviews of this shop before placing my order.
