First of all your willingness to rush the item to get to me in time of my crisis was well appreciated. I am pleased with how quickly it arrived. As far as the bra itself, the shoulder straps were great and easy to adjust but the back is very tight, it had 3 pieces to add to it but there was no way of adjusting it, using 1 strap was too tight of a fit and using 2 were too big and there is no other attachment to combine the two to make it larger. I may have missed a piece or something and if so then the bra most likely deserves a good review. Unfortunately the cup size was too big (no error on your part) and my daughter who is on the autistic spectrum was very uncomfortable with the plastic straps and how tightly it fit on her back. I will be sending it back for a refund but would definitely recommend your company to friends and family. The fact that you read my request and accommodated my order and rushed it to me at no extra cost goes above and beyond in my book. Thank you.
