Unclear shipping timing and communication |

After the order was placed, there was no way to get an update on my order. The status just sat in "processing". I tried calling the phone number multiple times across multiple days, as well as emailing. I did luckily reach someone on one day, and she said my order would ship the next day (which was a Friday), but it didn't. Thankfully, it did finally ship out the next Monday.
