2 of 5 Long wait on products I had to call 3 times October 6, 2021

I placed an order on 9/11/2021. I  stated that I needed the items on 9/16/2021.  I call on 9/16/2021 to see if the items had shipped.  The customer service representative stated she would get the items in the following week.  I called again on 9/27/2021 and left a message, my call was not returned.  I called again on 9/29/2021 and the customer service representative stated the would be shipped out the next day. I finally received my products about 3 days after the last call.
